# About the retreat: Alberto Mateus and Caroline Seblad invites you to Liljero for a retreat where you will be guided to reconnect with your innate ability to be the love and light you want to see in the world. We will meditate, walk in nature, dance, share insights and through different practises find our way home. # Location: Liljero Retreat Center in is located in Högsbo North of Uppsala. Bus from Uppsala: 45 minutes. Car from Stockholm: 90 minutes Car from Arlanda: 60 minutes We will gladly assist you with pick-up from the bus stop and help you arrange sharing cars. # Schedule Friday 2 June 17:00 We meet  Workshop Dinner Evening activity   Saturday 3 June Welcome a new day with soft and slow movement Breakfast Workshop and meditation until lunch. Time to relax and integrate Cacao Ceremony Meditation and workshop Dinner.  Evening activity ​ Sunday 4 June Welcome a new day with soft and slow movement Breakfast Workshop and meditation Lunch Cacao Ceremony Crystal Dance 17:00 Time to go home # Meals All meals are vegetarian. We will serve you breakfast, lunch and dinner and make sure there is fruits and small snacks available between the meals. # Accommodation You will have a comfy bed and a curtain for privacy at the sleeping loft.
