About the retreat

 

Alberto Mateus and Caroline Seblad invites you to Liljero, for a retreat where you will be guided to reconnect with your innate ability to be the love and light you want to see in the world.

​

We will meditate, walk in nature, dance, share insights and through different practises find our way home.

This retreat will be held in English, but you can always share in Swedish if that is more comfortable for you.

Meals

 

All meals are vegetarian. We will serve you breakfast, lunch and dinner and make sure there is fruits and small snacks available between the meals.

Accomodations

You will have a comfy bed and a curtain for privacy at the sleeping loft.

Price

​

4 000 SEK includes the retreat, all meals and accommodation.

 

You bring your own bedlinen and towel, or rent it an extra cost. Your travel cost is not included in the price.
